You Knew It Would Not Be Easy, but What Will It Mean for Markets?

Biden Wins: Every indication is that Joe Biden will be the 46th President of the United States. Yet, incredibly as we write this the Trump campaign remains resolute in their quest to us judicial means to overturn multiple state outcomes. That, of course, is a very remote possibility, at best, and it seems reasonable to look ahead now. The one real open question is whether the Georgia Senate races will cause a change in control of the Senate? This, too, seems unlikely, but it is 2020, and one never knows. The good news is that the market was up 7.3% for the week, but there remain troubling signs including Covid, employment, and absence of new stimulus as an offset. Here is some commentary given where we stand today:
